Job Details:
• Pay: $19.18 per hour plus tips
• Job Type: Part time / Full Time
• Shifts and Schedule: Evenings and nights including weekends

Position Summary:
Provide a dining experience that meets or exceeds the guest’s expectation. Provide food and beverage service and hospitality that meets Cornerstone’s standards and procedures.
Essential Job Functions:
• A passion for hospitality and desire to take care of guests
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment yet can pay attention to the details
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
• Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
• Maintain a clean and organized bar at all times
• Validate customer’s identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
• Handle cash transactions and operate the POS
• Upsell and suggestive selling when appropriate
• Create fun and creative featured cocktails
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Two years full-service bartending experience
• Experience with POS systems
• Current RBS and Food Handlers card or the ability to obtain within thirty days of hiring
• Proficient beer knowledge
