We are looking for professional, responsible bakers to round out our small bakery team. Must be self starting, hard working, and have a love of baking and sweets!
Shifts are 3:30 pm to 12 am.
Job duties include:
- Baking fresh pastries, cupcakes, cookies, cakes and pies
- Piping and scaling
- Making pastry dough and pie dough
- Assist other bakers in cooking and preparations of cakes, pastries, and other items.
- Maintain the premises of baking area in a neat and hygienic manner
- Maintain and sanitize baking utensils, tools, implements and machinery
- Develop decorative cakes and pastries to meet customer’s orders and tastes
- Work a sheeter machine for cookies and croissant dough
- Strictly adhere to food safety laws and standards while preparing bakery products

What we’re looking for:
- Assistant baker experience necessary
- Knowledge in pastry dough and pie dough necessary
- Knowledge in lamination is preferred
- Knowledge in working with a sheeter machine is preferred but not required
- Great personality and willingness to grow within our business
- Weekends are a must
- Open availability preferable
- Physical ability to stand for an entire 8-hour shift and lift 50 plus pounds.
