We are a super popular, yet small cafe with afternoon shifts available.
Shifts start at 2 or 3pm and end at 7:30pm during the week and 9pm on the weekends
Weekend availability is necessary.
We are hiring someone with at least one year of experience in a restaurant or cafe. Cross-training is available for cashier and barista and runner/busser.
Future positions for a manager are possible! You would be cross trained on all areas of the cafe.
Job duties include:
The best customer service to all people
Cashiering
Making all coffee drinks and serving beer and wine
Serving baked goods and desserts and soft serve ice cream
Serving all menu items-sandwiches, salads and soups
Cleaning the cafe with two other employees each night
Taking out trash, cleaning the bathroom
Cleaning all equipment on the line
Sweeping and mopping
Lifting tables and chairs from the outdoor area and bringing them inside
