Food Service Trainer (Bay Area and Surrounding Area) (alameda)

compensation: $50k Starting Salary depending on experience. Includes health, vision and dental Plus Bonuses!

Krispy Krunchy Chicken is looking for experienced candidates to become the Food Service Trainer for the Northern California Market. Our rapid growth in California and throughout the United States has created a unique position where a well rounded person is vital to our continued success. We currently have over 250 stores in Arizona, California, Oregon, Nevada and Washington State.

-Training all new stores on the Krispy Krunchy Program. Teaching and implementing all aspects of the Krispy Krunchy Chicken program including:
-Teaching Krispy Krunchy cooking techniques and guidelines
-Teaching proper food handling & safety (Food Handlers Card is mandatory)
-Minor equipment set up including putting up LED TVs and wall mount installation
-Installation of branding material and window signage at various locations
-Merchandising and food service consulting.
-Direct customer service needs for all stores in territory
-Daily store checks
-Retraining of existing stores
-Traveling daily to stores within Northern, Central and Southern California.
-Occasional traveling to areas in Washington, Oregon Arizona and Nevada to train new stores.
-Submitting expense reports
-Invoicing smallwares and goods
-Maintaining storage unit and inventory of goods
-Maintain relationships with store managers and operators
-Troubleshooting issues with product or equipment
-Shipping items to customers
-Reporting of daily activities with detailed and accurate records and outcomes.
-Travel between 30-200 miles/day
-Driving company branded cargo van

-Food Service Experience and Serv-Safe Certificate is required
-Must have energetic and upbeat attitude
-Must possess excellent interpersonal skills
-Must be detail oriented and possess a strong work ethic
-Must be able to pass a background and drug test
-Strong, collaborative, relationship-building, and proactive problem-solving skills.
-Must possess a valid driver license
-Computer Savvy, Proficient in Excel and Word
-Social media friendly, smart phone use and communication is a plus
-Bi-Lingual (Spanish) preferred
-Minor handy work a plus
-Ability to multitask
-Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
