Growing residential construction and remodeling company is seeking a Project Manager to oversee
multiple residential renovation and construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate is
highly organized, experienced in residential construction, and capable of managing schedules,
subcontractors, and client communication while maintaining high quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage residential construction projects including kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, additions, roofing, and exterior work
- Coordinate project schedules, materials, and subcontractors
- Oversee job sites to ensure work quality and safety standards
- Communicate with clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Review plans, scopes of work, and change orders
- Work with oƯice staƯ to ensure permits, inspections, and documentation are completed
- Track budgets, timelines, and project progress
- Conduct site meetings and provide progress updates
Requirements
- 3–5 years of residential construction or remodeling project management experience
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and scheduling
- Ability to read plans, scopes, and construction documents
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred
- Experience with project management software (Contractor Foreman, Buildertrend, or similar)
- Experience coordinating permits and city inspections
- Background in kitchen, bathroom, or full home remodeling projects
