A new, unused Sanus fastener pack is included.
The additional fasteners are 4 big wood screws.
A friend used this (maybe for a few months) and then got a new TV with a different mount.
It is in like new condition.
The instruction manual is included.
It lived in a no-smoking and no pets home.
