Price firm, no offers, please. I only answer people who want to buy all of the items for $95. If you see this ad everything is available so please don’t ask because I will not answer. However, you may contact me for a free telephone consultation.

The two 5-foot joined masts in the photos, the tripod mount, and the sandbags are not included.

The bundle now includes a ~7.5-ft pipe along with a used clamp to attach guy wires.

An interested buyer wanted to know the cost of just a tripod mount and a mast. This is the lowest cost I found on Amazon with a short mast:

https://www.amazon.com/Antenna-Tripod-Pole,Outdoor-Satellite-Bracket/dp/B088LK17KV/ref=sr_1_6?crid=1YFN4LDKVBLWM&keywords=5%27+antenna+tripod+mount&qid=1694894636&sprefix=5%27+antenna+tripod+mount%2Caps%2C248&sr=8-6&ufe=app_do%3Aamzn1.fos.18630bbb-fcbb-42f8-9767-857e17e03685

~10-ft chain-link fence top rails at Home Depot and Lowe's are about $15.

For $5 more I will also include hardware for mounting the mast on a large diameter pole (wood?) or other pipes or masts that are larger diameter than the included mast.

You could buy one of the two non-penetrating mounts I have for sale (please see my other listings) or I recommend a 5-foot tripod mount, an eve mount, or a chimney mount.

At some addresses the antennas have to be in separate locations because of difficult (refraction) reception.

I mounted the VHF antenna on top because usually it benefits from being higher but you can reverse the positions for the aesthetics if there is no difference in performance.

Full disclosure:

Parts of the antennas have rust on them but that does not affect their performance.

The included Antennas Direct EU385CF-1S UHF/VHS Diplexer to combine the antennas is new. It costs $35 plus tax from the Antennas Direct website.

The three coaxial cables are used. I am including the longer one that is already connected to the diplexer so you can do testing while aiming the antennas.

The red ties holding the enclosure door closed are temporary and are not included. The enclosure snaps shut/tight and it is hard to open.

The UHF antenna maybe needs to be secured to the mast with plastic ties to keep it perfectly vertical in high wind conditions. I will include some for that.

The bottom of the UHF antenna is 6 feet above the ground.

The bottom of the VHF antenna is about 10 feet, 8 inches above the ground.

I bought these used antennas for testing and individually they both work great at my difficult reception location. Separate band antennas almost always out-perform combination antennas but at my location they have to be in different spots on my roof.

My description of the UHF antenna:

This antenna is for TV stations transmitting on RF channels 14 - 36 (since the repack of 2020 channel 36 is now the highest RF channel US TV stations use) and it will receive higher RF UHF channels in other countries.

I tested this antenna at my difficult reception location and it performed excellently for the moderate strength TV stations transmitting on UHF.

At the time this was listed the lowest new item price for this Antennas Direct UHF model on eBay is about $95with free shipping.

This antenna is in fair to poor cosmetic condition because of weathering.

The reflectors, bolts, and wing nuts are stained with rust. The rust on the reflectors does not affect its performance.

The wing nuts turn freely.

The bolts have 6mm x 1 coarse threads.

My description of the VHF antenna:

This unique design VHF antenna may be appropriate in situations where a big yagi or log periodic type won’t fit, for example in an attic. Or, in situations where you prefer its aesthetics to the appearance of long antennas.

I tested this antenna on my driveway at my difficult reception location and it performed excellently for the moderate strength TV stations transmitting on RF VHF 9 and 10.

At the time this was listed the lowest price for a new one on eBay is about $107 with free shipping.

This unique antenna is for TV stations transmitting on RF VHF high band (channels 7 - 13).

It is in fair to poor cosmetic condition.

The reflector is coated with rust and the bolts and wing nuts are stained with rust but the wing nuts turn easily. The rust on the reflector does not affect its performance.

The black finish of the antenna frame is faded from weathering and there is a very small amount of white paint in one place.

The antenna has a 70° beam angle of reception.

It will receive RF UHF channels in moderate and strong signal locations but the gain is not very high.

The bolts have 6mm x 1 coarse threads.

A tripod mount can straddle a peaked roof and you can secure a mast with guy wires. I have a new low cost guy wire ring for $5.

On a flat roof you could do a non-penetrating mount by screwing the tripod feet into heavy pieces of wood like a cut railroad tie and put concrete blocks on them or if you have a concrete drill bit you could attach the tripod feet to concrete blocks. I have a big UHF antenna on my patio mounted that way.

For local pickup I am a few blocks off of 680 on the border of Pleasant Hill and Concord, California.

In the San Francisco Bay Area the 4 TV stations transmitting on RF VHF channels are:

PBS KRCB 22-1 on RF 5, Independent KRON 4-1 on RF 7, ABC KGO 7-1 on RF 12, and NBC KNTV 11-1 on RF 13 (from San Bruno Mountain)

(The alternate way to receive NBC at some locations in the San Francisco Bay Area is KNTV 11-3 on UHF RF 19.3 from the southeast bay in Alviso.)

Some San Francisco Bay Area locations can receive the 2 Sacramento VHF stations:

PBS KVIE 6-1 on RF 9

ABC KXTV 10-1 on RF 10
