D810 is better than D750 in my opinon. It has a higher resolution - 36MP vs 24MP. Its shutter is much quieter. The ergonomics are superior too compared to those of the D750.
The shutter count is at around 200k but the camera still works fine.
The lens in the picture can be added for an additional $50.
