Used Chevrolet dual level charge cord. Came with Bolt EUV but will work with any EV with a J1772 connection.

Includes adapters for:
+ standard three-pronged 120-volt plug (NEMA 5-15) for Level 1 charging at your home (up to 1.4 kW) and
+ the larger four-pronged 240-volt plug (NEMA 14-50) that provides Level 2 charging (up to 7.7 kWh)

Good, working condition. The clip that holds the charger in place is broken, so the plug will not "lock" into the car. Instead of pushing the release button on the plug, you just pull the plug out. This does NOT impact charging functionality at all.
