No experience required — we will train the right person. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in construction, architecture, or city permit processes.
Job Duties:
• Prepare and submit building plans, drawings, and documents to city/county offices
• Coordinate permits, revisions, and approvals
• Communicate with architects, engineers, contractors, and city staff
• Track permit status, corrections, and resubmittals
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
• Organize documents, forms, and reports
• Assist with project timelines and documentation
• Follow up with city departments and handle inquiries
• Prepare invoices and basic office tasks
Requirements:
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Good communication skills
• Basic computer skills (email, Word, PDF, etc.)
• Reliable transportation (occasional site visits)
• Construction or permit experience is a plus (not required)
