Four Dimensions Landscape Cooperative is hiring an entry- or mid-level Landscape Design Assistant to work on design-build projects. Four Dimensions has led the Bay Area in native plant landscaping for over 40 years, and has a reputation for well-crafted designs that reflect and support local ecosystems. The company is based in Oakland and serves primarily residential clients in Alameda and Contra Costa counties. You can explore our work at www.FourDimensionsLandscape.com (soon to be updated!), and more recent projects on our Facebook and Instagram pages (@fourdimensionslandscape).
We converted to a worker-owned cooperative in fall 2024! In our first year we focused on refining and modernizing our systems, and now we are ready to add a designer to help with our waitlist of clients. If you choose to become a member of the cooperative after an introductory period, you will have the opportunity to learn the nitty-gritty of managing a successful construction and maintenance landscape business, participate in company financial and policy decision-making, and share in the profits of our collaboration and hard work.
