Licensed home daycare program, featuring a nurturing preschool curriculum, seeking dedicated teachers. I welcome both experienced educators and students currently studying early childhood development or early childhood education.
Position: Preschool Teacher
3-4 days per week
No weekend shifts
Who I’m looking for:
Experienced educators with a background in early childhood education
Students currently pursuing degrees in early childhood development or early childhood education
Passionate about early learning, child development, and creating a safe, welcoming classroom
Reliable, punctual, and collaborative team players
Responsibilities:
Implement the preschool curriculum aligned with our program goals
Plan and lead developmentally appropriate activities (language, literacy, math, social-emotional learning, fine/gross motor skills)
Observe and document child progress; communicate with families through classroom app
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized learning environment
Foster a warm, inclusive classroom culture and positive behavior guidance
Qualifications:
For experienced applicants: relevant teaching experience preferred
For students: enrolled in an accredited ECE/EC development program; coursework in child development, curriculum planning, and assessments
CPR/First Aid certification, mandated reporter certification or willingness to obtain
Clear background check and references
What we offer:
Pay $18-$22 per hr based on experience
Flexible 3-4 day schedule (no weekends)
