Learn And Play Montessori School's Fremont Campuses are seeking full time Teachers and Head Teachers for our Montessori Preschools.
The Montessori Teacher is responsible for supervising an assigned group of children, following the philosophy and standards of the school in conjunction with the Montessori Philosophies and Early Childhood Programs. Responsibilities include assisting with planning activities, supervising children, ensuring children's safety and managing classroom environments. The Montessori Head Teacher is expected to appropriately communicate with children, staff and families, and is responsible for working cooperatively and productively with other staff.
Education and Training Requirements:
- 12 Early Childhood Education units required
- AMS or AMI Montessori training certificate is preferred
- Montessori Experience is preferred
- Related AA/BA is preferred
- Live Scan fingerprints
- Current TB test
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States
- Must be available to work Full Time
- Provide previous Employer References
