Looking for a fun, personable, laid-back personal trainer to come to our home one or two days a week to train two people using squat rack, kettlebell's dumbbells etc. We have the equipment.
Who we are
Busy work from home couple, 45-year-old and 50-year-old.
Two kids, a dog, to cats.
We have good yard and we have a good park nearby to use for exercise. We have tennis courts and basketball courts as well nearby.
The idea is to get the motivation and routine to make working out fun, to play and laugh while getting fit.
I'm thinking this could be 2-hour sessions, 2 days a week at your normal rate.
If you're a cyclist, all the better, would love to climb Mount Diablo once a week together as well.
