I am looking for someone to do 3 hours or more of light house cleaning, help organizing an art project and some typing this Sunday, and/or time windows available throughout the week; There are also some tasks for those who are handy with a measuring tape and drill, or are crafty with organizing arts and crafting supplies.
No heavy lifting is required, nor do I expect you to break a sweat cleaning. I just need some help wiping down surfaces, organizing closets, folding and organizing some papers and files, and typing.
The house is well cleaned, organized, and well maintained. I would like to take it to the next level.
Having broken a hand, I need some help getting housework done.
The art project requires some sorting, perhaps some facility with a glue gun. There is minimal exposure to glitter, but not none (unfortunately).
Please be able to work 3 hours. Should work take less time than 3 hours, I would pay for a minimum of 3 hours so you can expect a minimum of at least $60.
Please be able to accept payment through PayPal or credit card.

Apart from the light house cleaning, organizing and typing, there may also be some work organizing tools and hardware in my finished basement/ laundry room. The basement laundry room ceiling is at 6 feet. This is a better task for those who are under six feet tall when wearing shoes.
There may be some errands to run, either with me or on your own if you have a car. To drive with you I will want to see proof of vehicle current registration, insurance, and driver’s license.
Ongoing work possible if the people and the work are a good match. There will be more work available this coming week, and in the coming weeks.
I am easy to work with, polite, professional, task oriented, and pay without delay.
I request that workers refrain from recreational use of drugs and alcohol while working in my home.
My neighborhood is diverse in all respects, culturally, class wise, gender and sexual orientation . If that is a problem for you, this is not the right job for you.
Standards of professional politeness and courtesy apply when working in my home. Candor and creativity about the tasks are welcome (please be able to take direction), personal comments on decor, clothing style are not.
This is work, and other than brief acknowledgement, this work environment is not the proper environment for discussions of religion, that includes evangelical astrology and tarot, as well attempts to save my soul, etc... I will pay you to clean my house, not cleanse my aura, nor deliver pop-psychology analysis. ( past misadventures on CL).
Other than this immediate set of tasks I am looking for a IHSS provider for up to 15 hours a week I will be seeking assistance in injury rehabilitation, carrying out an extensive Physical Therapy plan that includes time at the gym, and IRL and Virtual Reality vision, balance, and vestibular retraining gaming, fencing, Braille, woodworking. It a plus if you have any experience in, or have been coached in athletics, dance, music, singing, circus arts, and or wood working. There is an opportunity to get guidance, on the clock, from some very skilled PT's and Sports performance specialist Optometrists ( not a perk for all, but a good perk for those in school studying athletic training, Kinesiology, physical therapy, dancers and musicians considering dance and music therapy, bodyworkers looking to expand technical skills in vestibular rehabilitation. This pays better and more predictably than most driving for Uber and Lyft. Pretty much, if you have ever been coached and can dish it out I am looking for you. I am conservatory trained in visual/ performing arts, and was a boy scout-I take direction well.
Multi-lingual people who are fluent in French, Spanish, Braille, or any middle Eastern language with tri-consonantal roots or their archaic predecessors are a boon.
