Older couple with large house in centre of Piedmont looking for someone to do the harder cleaning jobs on a rotating basis.
For instance-Vacuum area then , mop and spot clean floor as needed and wipe baseboards
-dust ceiling beams with Webster or vacuum extension
-clean windows inside( and sometimes outside with hose) including wiping ledges and door tracks
-clean and organize refrigerator including noticing when door seals need cleaning
-clearing out under sink areas, cleaning area and contents and reorganizing
These are just examples. Tasks will be different each time. Details will probably take time to learn.
You should be able to kneel, stretch, bend and be able to go up a step stool( with a handle) to reach upper cupboards if necessary.
Occasionally you will need to move furniture to clean under/around it but we can help sometimes.
I speak English with an accent so you need to be able to understand me for us to communicate well.
Hours may vary depending on your schedule and ours (some medical appointments) but generally we prefer 3 to 4 hour sessions in the late morning to early afternoon. At least one session a week with probability of more if we like your work.
We have one 40 pound dog who sheds a little bit and is friendly.
