We are a respectful Oakland Hills family seeking an experienced, dependable, warm Housekeeper + Family Driver for a long-term full-time role. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping a home clean and organized, and is comfortable with daily school driving.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:15 AM – 5:15 PM
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Housekeeping:
- Daily house cleaning and upkeep — bathrooms, kitchen, floors, dusting, tidying
- Laundry, folding, organization
- Grocery shopping and household errands
- Keeping the home consistently clean and orderly
Driving / Family Support:
- Morning school drop-off
- Afternoon school pickup and sports activities
- Comfortable solo-driving teens (kids are middle/high school)
- Occasional overnights when parents travel (~5x/year), additional pay in these cases
REQUIREMENTS
- Legally authorized to work in the US (W-2 position, on payroll)
- Reliable, punctual, trustworthy
- Genuinely happy doing hands-on housekeeping
- Takes initiative — notices what needs doing
- Safe, confident driver with a clean DMV record
- Warm, calm, professional around teenagers
- Comfortable communicating in English with family and kids' schools
- Interested in a long-term, stable role
- Has own reliable vehicle for commute (would drive our vehicles for work)
COMPENSATION
- $30-$35/hour (DOE)
