You will be helping me to declutter one large room and a small hallway.
I seek a declutterer who will also keep me on track with decluttering tasks that I need to do myself.
My social life is increasing exponentially. I want to declutter so that I can have friends and colleagues over.
The tasks I have in mind are:
Taking giveaways to thrift shop – will be minimal
Helping to list and track a few items to sell
Help going through papers and encouragement for getting rid of same
Moving small pieces of furniture around the room – should be minimal
Light dusting in high places
Help ordering and hanging new, insulated curtains and installing curtain rods
Timeline: two months part time (flexible hours) and I want to get started on this right away.
Qualifications
English is your first language
Woman 25-45 yo preferred
Honest, reliable, and responsible
Can lift up to 25 pounds
Have vehicle for short trips to Goodwill and occasional errands
Payment:
I will invite you over and ask you to quote the entire job. I will give you a comprehensive list in advance.
You are more likely to be hired if you break down the above tasks with estimated times and letting me know your own timeline and hours available.
I will pay in three installments:
one-third up front
one-third about halfway through the project
one-third at completion
We will have a written agreement that we both approve and feel comfortable with.
