I work from home and honestly work too much. I'm looking for a reliable person for a few hours of regular household help (~5 hours/week).
This is a flexible mix of light cleaning, general upkeep, and handyman-type tasks. My home is safe, low-stress, friendly, and comes with two cats. It’s generally tidy already — but I could use help staying ahead of the small things I don't always get to.
Regular tasks include:
- Vacuuming, dusting, and general upkeep
- Minor home repairs or maintenance tasks
- Spot cleaning something like a fridge, porch, or tub
- Weed whacking, window washing, maybe light gardening
I would be very excited to find someone who'd also help with:
- Painting outdoor steps or touching up interior paint
- Installing a ceiling light or a dimmer switch
- Swapping an interior door
I'm open to negotiating a different hourly rate if you have the skills for bigger projects like installing crown molding, swapping out a sink, or building a fence! And, I’d happily pay someone to teach me as we go.
