Selling my 1999 Mazda Miata. 179K miles on body

Work done since I've owned it include:

A brand new engine and clutch was put in last year by The Smog Shop in San Francisco ($4500)
A brand new factory soft-top and rain rail ($1200)

New S-Drive tires ($400)
And regular maintenance and oil

The bad:
It didn't pass smog. I couldn't tell you why. It's best as a parts or project car. I don't know a lot about cars so everything could just be an easy fix. Selling as is. It can drive fine though.

There's a dent/scrape on the drivers side fender. Nothing too big
The glove box is broken and can't be opened
The interior could use some love
The paint is fading on two panels and I got one estimate of $800 to make it as good as new.
