We're selling our 1999 Honda Civic for $3000 or best offer. This is an absolute tank of a car with only 160,000 miles. The car easily has another 100 thousand miles in it, if cared for. It's a 4-door sedan in a classic 90s hunter green color. Has manual windows and locks. Radio and AC work. Tires are in good shape. Clean title. Drives great. Smogged and passed on 8/16.

Will include smog report, original owner's manual, new all-weather mats (front and back), and two sets of keys. Below are important things to know.

Recent repairs/service:
The car was briefly stolen last year, so the ignition lock has been replaced.
15K service was completed, including oil change in 2024
Distributor cap, rotor, and o-ring were replaced in 2024
Valve adjustment made in 2024
Replaced windshield wiper switch, damaged during theft, in 2024

Outstanding repairs/issues:
Needs an oil change
Based on age, will likely need a new timing belt in the near future
Exhaust leak has been identified. Was told not major in 2024 but would likely need to be addressed eventually.
Driver side visor torn off during theft (image 11). Replacement parts are available on eBay and elsewhere
A leak into the trunk caused water to pool and the wheel housing to rust (image 13). The spare can't be removed without sawing off metal; recommend buying new spare before driving long distances.
Interior fabric on ceiling is coming loose (image 12).
Minor scrapes and dents throughout.
