Congrats! If you're here you probably know what you're looking at already.
The time has come to part ways with my project street/track car. It's been fun but I'm moving on to other things. Below , you will find a very comprehensive list of parts, specs and information, as to mitigate the amount of questions I'll get. Please read carefully. I apologize for the length of the post but it has all the info you'll need :)
Why are you selling this?
I'll be changing jobs soon which has me traveling more, and also just bought a bike. Something's gotta give! Though i wish i could keep it. I have the title in hand.
Are you firm on price? Yes. Please don't ask me "if I'll take $10k because its all you have". For what you're getting, you should already know you're saving a bit of money and will have the room to make this yours.
Is there anything wrong with the car mechanically or otherwise? Not that I'm aware of. I drive it in a spirited manner and everything works as it should. The engine hasn't given me any issues. Yes, it has some miles on it. Yes, its also a BMW and with the proper care will run perfectly for another 100k. I should mention there are a few things removed like the cruise control module, ASC, and Airbag module. The A/C does work great, however the slider knob inside the car is disconnected and I haven't had 5 mins to hook it up again.
Will I (buyer) need to do anything to the car? Does it need anything? You can literally put the key in and drive it to your heart's content. That being said, IF i was keeping it...Paint & body! I have terrible OCD and need the car to look perfect. The paint & body is about a 5-6/10, and it shows it's age. That being said, I've also had friends tell me they like that look for whatever reason. I *might* also upgrade the cooling system. Other than that, it might need tires at some point depending on how much you drive it or where- But, that's about it.
All tags are up to date as well.
Have you recently serviced the car? Yes! In fact i spent quite a bit of money installing new parts (listed below) and doing some maintenance about a month ago. I have the receipts.
