For sale,
Aztec green pearl (BG29P) 1994 Honda Civic VX hatchback, 2 owner California car, clean title, 204k original miles. Original D15Z1 VTEC-E runs great, transmission shifts smoothly, clutch is good. The car runs and drives great and is very reliable.
-Factory AC car, cool and working
-No power steering from factory
Recent parts:
-Fresh oil change
-Denso spark plugs
-Plug wires
-Cap and rotor
-Denso Oxygen sensor
Other parts: Distributor and brake master cylinder.
Good brakes, tires have tread but aged
Body and paint condition is fair but really decent considering the age of car and lifestyle. Passenger quarter panel has some dents, and a little rust to work through but definitely saveable. 5.5-6/10. Paint is mostly original with exception of fenders.
Interior is in really good condition, no missing or broken pieces. 9/10.

Cons: Will need a radiator in near future (Seepage). Not a big deal and I will discount the car for the cost of part.
The car isn't perfect but at the end of the day, it's a decent condition stock, unmodified, running, driving, reliable rare hatch considering VX and color code. Finding any good condition EG period these days is a challenge. Definitely a great starting point with so much potential to build at your own pace aligned with budget. If the car has to be pristine for you, i get it. With patience and a big wallet, you'll get one... eventually.
