Selling a 2006 Subaru impreza 2.5i wagon. Car holds a clean title. 5spd manual. Car still runs and drives great but does need work. The engine was rebuilt by Rob's machine shop in Hayward a few years back. Over 2k spent. I have receipt. The clutch was also replaced during the rebuilt. Currently it needs a new cat. The check engine light is on w/ code p0420 (due to cat). Car also have an oil leak somewhere. I'm selling car as is as I do not want to spend anymore money on it. The price reflects the issues but I'm willing to negotiate a little bit.

Pros:

It runs.
Car has fairly new tires
Lowered on H&R springs
Body is straight with exceptions of a few minor dents
