2008 Mercedes-Benz ML 350 4MATIC

This is a 1-owner vehicle, purchased new from Fletcher Jones Motorcars of Fremont in January 2008. It has been garage-kept for most of its life until 2020. Mileage currently sits at 87,4XX miles at the time of this listing, but will go up as my dad still uses the car to commute to work. The vehicle holds a clean title but has been involved in three accidents (in 2011, 2020, and 2025, respectively) during the course of ownership. $6000 is the asking price, but we are open to offers.
It will be sad to see this car go, as it's been around for my entire childhood and early adulthood.
Mechanical:
• The car is mechanically intact, with the engine and drivetrain working as intended.
• The power lock for the driver-side rear passenger door doesn't work. It will unlock with the key fob or the unlock button on the driver's or front passenger door, but needs to be locked manually.
• The hood struts may need to be replaced; they currently struggle to hold the hood open.
Exterior:
• The body is in decent condition, with some minor imperfections here and there.
• The windshield was professionally replaced by JVS Auto Glass Services in February 2023. There is currently a minor crack on it due to a rock chip.
• The wheels have some curb rash from street parking.
Interior:
• The seats have held up well over the years; there are no tears on the leather.
• The storage net behind the front passenger seat has a tear.
• The adjustment tab clip of the front passenger side AC vent (the one closest to the door) is damaged, but still operable. You can buy a replacement part on Amazon if you wish to fix it.
Recent Service History:
• October 2025: Engine oil and filter changed.
• January 2025: Left and right air pump control valves replaced.
• December 2024: New BFGoodrich Advantage Control tires mounted and balanced.
• November 2024: Passed smog inspection.
