Hello, I am selling my Corolla (sadly). It was the victim of a hit and run while parked--see attached photos. The damage is to the driver's side quarter panel and bumper, with some minor scratches on the driver's side rear door. Any other dings are the result of past incidents from before I bought the car in May--there's a patch on the other side's quarter panel and the other side of the bumper, which will be gone when the car is repaired. I have service records for all of the car's maintenance since 2022.
Because the car is currently in the process of being registered as salvage, it will have to be repaired by the buyer, re-smogged, and inspected by an Area VIN Officer at the local CHP office. I have lowered the price accordingly--happy to answer any other questions around this.
The car has very low mileage (78k and some change), is up-to-date on oil (just changed last month) and current on smog as of May 2025. I was told by a mechanic (around 6k miles ago) that it should be inspected for the brakes and bushings at around its current mileage, but I haven't noticed any issues so far.
It's very zippy, fun to drive, and well-cared for. Its previous owner was an artist living in West Oakland who did not seem to drive it very often, and an old lady before her who used it to drive to the grocery store.
