Strong mechanical cosmetic condition everything works except the AC needs at least a charge. Also looks like the ignition keys were freshly cut but neither of them open either of the doors so a locksmith or the Ford dealer would need to make a door key.
Clean Title, Smog, and CARFAX except it looks as if maybe the instrument panel was replaced at one point which is pretty common for these. So the vehicle will be sold TMU (True Mileage Unknown) for legal reasons although frankly it's totally irrelevant on a 25 year old truck.
