Our rapidly expanding office in the Pleasant Hill area is currently looking to hire professional Benefit Consultants. We have recorded double digit growth within the past two years and are growing so rapidly we are planning on opening two more offices in the next year and a half.

This position does not require experience as we do provide training for all of our new Consultants regardless of related experience!

The Benefits Consultant Position:

The position we are looking to fill provides excellent customer service by consulting members about their benefits. There are many growth opportunities available to individuals that do not see a ceiling on their career. For those that desire leadership and management opportunities, we hold workshops and Leadership Academy seminars many times during the year.

We provide the tools and guidance for our fast-track management program.
We are looking for individuals that we can train and develop for a long-term career.

Individuals Must:

· Be coachable and willing to learn
· Be driven and have a desire to grow within our company
· Have a positive attitude and enjoy working in a "family-like" atmosphere.
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Must be able to maintain confidentiality
