We’re looking for friendly, professional, and detail-oriented individuals to join our team!
Position Overview:
As a Front Counter Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Responsibilities include greeting customers, tagging and processing orders, inspecting garments for stains or damage, and assisting with any questions or concerns. Providing excellent customer service is a key part of this role.
Schedule & Growth:
We are excepting full-time & part-time position. There is opportunity for growth based on performance and business needs.
Experience:
Previous experience in dry cleaning or retail customer service is helpful but not required. We’re happy to train the right candidate!

Compensation & Benefits:
• Starting pay: $20/hour minimum
