What it takes to be a great Customer Service Representatives:
• Prompt acknowledgement of customer's needs
• Present options based on customer's needs

• Exceed established goals and company standards
• Make meaningful connections with new customers
What We Are Looking For:
• Minimum 1-2 years of direct customer interaction
• Ability to educate customers with a soft approach
• High school diploma/GED
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Good communication skills
• Previous experience working both in a team environment and independently
Candidates who do well in this roll have experience in retail, restaurants (bartenders, servers, and managers), automotive dealerships, banks, and customer service. They are friendly, flexible, and well-spoken.
