We are an award winning, women-owned Landscape business. Are you passionate about creating beautiful outdoor spaces and building strong client relationships? We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented Landscape Maintenance Account Manager to join our growing team!
🌱 About the Role:
As a Landscape Maintenance Account Manager, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our valued clients ensuring their properties are maintained to the highest standards. You’ll oversee maintenance crews, manage budgets, and deliver exceptional service that keeps clients happy and landscapes thriving.
🌼 What You’ll Do
Manage a portfolio of commercial and/or residential landscape maintenance accounts
Build and maintain strong client and employee relationships
Conduct regular property inspections and ensure quality control
Oversee crew scheduling, productivity, and safety
Prepare proposals, enhancements, and service recommendations
Monitor budgets and meet profitability targets
Assist in training landscapers in maintenance practices (ie.proper pruning skills, time management, pest control, irrigation)
Assist in enforcing company policies especially when safety related
Schedule routine and "extra" work and procure all necessary materials and supplies
🌳 What We’re Looking For
Minimum 3 years experience as a maintenance manager
Extensive knowledge of horticulture practices
Strong leadership and communication skills
Fluent in English and Spanish both verbal and written
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
Knowledge of plant material, irrigation systems, and seasonal services
Valid CA driver’s license and clean driving record
Knowledge of irrigation and best watering practices, ability to set controllers
Knowledge of safety practices and Cal Osha requirements
Proficiency with computer programs and paperwork
Preferred Associate or Bachelor's degree
Pest Identification and knowledge of solutions, including the use of IPM
Pesticide applicator's license
