What is your day going to look like as a Customer Services Coordinator? On any given day, you will be answering clients' questions regarding HVAC services. You will be scheduling appointments and dispatching our technicians according to urgency. You will play an important role for our customer and vendors. We therefore expect you to provide an above ordinary customer experience, especially while handling difficult situations.
