We’re looking for friendly, reliable customer service reps to assist members with benefit enrollment — no cold calls, full training provided, weekly pay, and room to grow! — you’ll be servicing existing members who have requested information. If you enjoy meaningful work and take pride in delivering excellent service, this could be a great fit for you!
What You’ll Do:
-Meet with union members (virtually or in person) to review benefit options
-Help them understand coverage and complete enrollment forms
-Answer questions and provide follow-up support
-Maintain positive, professional relationships with members
-Represent our organization with care, accuracy, and respect
