DESIGN/BUILD
I Design and Build Landscapes, I have a background in Landscape Architecture as well as a California C-27 Landscape Contractors License. I also work with many of the professional trades in the field to get your project off the ground.
Conceptual Landscape Design Service-
Landscape Projects usually start with a conceptual design service, where I give you some ideas to choose in a 2d plan, drawn in an architectural scale format. Once you decide on the design, I give you a final master conceptual landscape plan. With the Conceptual landscape plan you are free and able to install yourself in phases or get many contractor quotes. My Conceptual Designs usually include Hardscape Square Footage and a Planting plan legend and sizes to install with images for your approval.
Design Telecommunicated -
This would be a telecommunicated design thru email, phone and images. Which I have done in the past with help from the client to keep the design cost down. All I would need is either a plot plan of the property, if you have one, and/or some simple measurements of the project and a lot of pictures. Feel free to send me images of your project and any landscapes you would like to implement. I usually can get a close enough base measurements from google earth to produce a conceptual plan.
HOA Plans And City Landscape Documents-
If you need Landscape Construction Documents for City submittal I can produce this as well and get you a licensed Landscape Architect Professional Stamp if needed. Every project and city requirements are different but usually City submittals include: Title sheet, Hardscape Plan, Planting Plan, Irrigation Plan and Water Calculations, Lighting Plan and for Fire Departments Fuel Modification Plans and specific Details/Elevation Drawings. Much more in depth process usually for new residential builds and commercial projects.
