I am pleased to offer my expertise to produce design and construction documents for a diverse range of projects, including single-family housing, Accessory Dwelling Units, multifamily residences, mixed-use developments, and hospitality buildings. With over 10 years of experience, I am committed to assisting my clients in generating conceptual designs and comprehensive construction documents. These documents encompass floor plans (including additions and renovations), elevations, sections, and detailed documentation throughout the set.

Additionally, my services include developing 3D models and providing high-quality renders of a project's exterior and interior views using Revit, Lumion, or Enscape. Although I am based in the Bay Area, CA, I am open to opportunities in your area. Work can be transferred electronically or in person as required, ensuring that distance is not a barrier.
