Looking to hire an experienced photographer to take some/at least one still image of the evening/night sky over Oakland on 10/31. I would like to frame and give this to my fiancé as a wedding present. Happy to discuss budget/open to hearing rates based on scope, experience, etc. Not seeking a high end commercial shoot.
