Looking for AI-Proficient Designer to Polish Visual Cafe Proposal (oakland)

I already have a solid draft to start from. Based on recent feedback from someone associated with the client, the presentation needs to be refined to more clearly reflect and pull from the vision document for the cafe concept they are building. This will be a visual-forward proposal, not text-heavy.
What I’m looking for:
Strong experience using AI tools for presentations (especially ChatGPT and Beautiful.ai)
Ability to quickly refine structure, visuals, and narrative
Strong design sensibility and attention to detail
Comfortable collaborating under a tight deadline

Presentation deadline: Monday, Jan 26
I can work with you virtually or in person at my work studio in North Oakland
Immediate start preferred
Additional scope:
If the proposal is successful, I’d also like to turn the final proposal into a contract the client can sign once pricing is agreed upon.
This is a short-term, fast-moving project with potential for future collaboration.
