We’re hiring a few local secret shoppers to help us observe staff communication at a kids-focused business in Alameda. Your job is simple: drop by during a specific time window, ask a few basic questions as if you’re interested in enrolling a child in classes, and then write a short summary of your experience.
✅ What You'll Do:
Visit a kids' business in Alameda during a scheduled class time (see below).
Ask questions like:
“Hi! I’m curious about your programs—Do you have anything for 4- to 7-year-olds?”
"What else is available here?"
And a few other questions.
We'll provide the questions and instructions.
Note what the staff say and how they respond.
Submit a short report via email, we provide a template.
