THE MOST COMMON REASONS COMPUTERS SLOW DOWN:
1. BLOATWARE AND STARTUP JUNK
Manufacturers (HP, Dell, Lenovo, Acer) preload your machine with garbage that runs at startup. I remove it carefully without breaking anything important.
2. MALWARE, ADWARE, AND BROWSER HIJACKERS
"Free" software you installed years ago is probably still mining crypto, showing pop-ups, or redirecting your browser. Full deep clean included.
3. DISK FULL OR FRAGMENTED
Years of photos, downloads, Outlook attachments, and Zoom recordings choking your drive. I clean it out (you approve what gets deleted) and reorganize.
4. OLD SPINNING HARD DRIVE
If your machine still has an HDD instead of an SSD, that's 90% of your speed problem. I'll tell you honestly if an SSD upgrade makes sense (usually $120-$180 installed including cloning your data).
