Hi there,
I’m looking for a highly skilled presentation designer to help me create a high-end, invitational-style presentation that I will use for webinars and speaking engagements (e.g., executive groups, investor networks, and leadership communities).
This is not a standard corporate deck—I’m looking for something that feels elevated, visually clean, and thoughtfully designed, with strong flow and storytelling.
🎯 Project Overview
The presentation will be approximately 30–60 minutes in length and designed to:
Engage high-performing professionals (executives, founders, investors)
Introduce a new way of understanding burnout, performance, and leadership
Create insight and demand for deeper work (programs, advisory, etc.)
I will provide:
A full outline (slide-by-slide structure)
Core concepts and messaging
Key frameworks and language
I need support translating this into a visually compelling, cohesive presentation.
🎨 What I’m Looking For
Clean, modern, high-end design (think HBR / McKinsey / Apple-level simplicity)
Strong visual hierarchy and readability
Ability to translate abstract concepts into simple visuals/diagrams
Light animation or transitions (subtle, not flashy)
Consistent typography, spacing, and layout
Slides that feel expensive, minimal, and intentional
🧠 Content Style
The content includes:
Conceptual frameworks (e.g., performance patterns, nervous system states)
Simple models/diagrams
A mix of short text, key phrases, and visual storytelling
This is not text-heavy—I want slides that support speaking, not replace it.
📦 Deliverables
Final presentation deck
Fully editable file
Clean, reusable template for future presentations
💬 Ideal Freelancer
Strong portfolio with high-end, minimal, executive-style presentations
Experience with thought leadership, coaching, consulting, or business content
Ability to take direction but also offer design suggestions and improvements
🚀 Bonus (not required but a plus)
Experience designing webinar or sales/invitational presentations
Ability to help refine flow or simplify messaging visually
📌 Timeline
Looking to get a first draft within 1–2 weeks, with 1–2 rounds of revisions.
✨ Final Note
This presentation is a key asset for my business, so I’m looking for someone who can help bring a clear, powerful, and elevated feel to the work—not just make slides look “nice.”
If this sounds aligned, I’d love to see examples of similar work you’ve done.
