Hello,
I’m a Bay Area chef launching a one-day weekend pop-up series called OFF MENU and am seeking a café, brewery, bar, or restaurant space available for a Saturday or Sunday daytime collaboration (11AM–sell out, approximately 4–5 hours).
The concept is a high-volume, chef-driven brunch pop-up designed for fast service and strong beverage pairings. I handle all food prep, staffing, permits, and promotion.
Ideal space:
• Commercial kitchen access (fryer preferred)
• Available daytime weekend hours
• Brewery, café, or restaurant closed during the day
• Open to flat rental agreement
The goal is to bring strong foot traffic and energy during a typically underutilized daytime window.
