ISO Place anywhere in the Bay Area to have a bonfire Feb 1st

Myself and ~30 esoteric religious practitioners are looking for an outdoor spot to have a safe and sane bonfire on February 1st. After sunset would be ideal. We will have a fire extinguisher on hand for safety. I can even bring my own fire pit. We don't have a lot of money to offer for a spot but happy to contribute what we can. Beach bonfire spots are closed until March.
Needed: Wheel Chair Accessibility at least somewhat close to bonfire area
Wanted: Electric lights, Restroom, A near by shelter or indoor area for libations, an open mind for our host
