You chat them up like you’re just being friendly, then you shoot an unwelcome shot… (I roll my eyes every time I witness it) and suddenly she feels awkward & unsafe there, ne’er to return.
Learn some etiquette. Most people are there for just one thing, and it’s not the same reason you’re there.
