A uniquely grotesque Macumba ritualistic ceramonial statue with hidden knife. The blade is marked Venezia, Brazil, one of centers of the African diaspora Macumba witchcraft and black magic that slaves brought with them from Central and West Africa during the 16th to 19th centuries.
