78 rpm, 3 power input, runs on AC 120v, DC (voltage?) and battery. For battery operation the motor is spring-driven, wind-up. I've owned this since the late 1940's, spent many hours as a young child listening to Little Toot, Paul Wing narrating The Little Engine that could, Hopalong Cassidy, and others.
It was functioning 20 years ago, but it doesn't seem to be running now. I haven't checked whether it's just a loose cord, fuse, or actual malfunction. It will need a thorough going-through, but all parts, knobs, etc. are there.
