This vintage 1970's Quiana Polyester Dress is maroon and has an elastic band around the top and 2 tie straps on the left shoulder. Decorative fabric drapes attractively down. It measures: 30” around the chest, about a 28” waist and is ~58” long from shoulder to hem. Gorgeous! Great party dress.
