There is NO SIMPLE RECIPE that works for everyone... yes there are FACTS.. ex. bodybuilders have a HIGH PROTEIN DIET and cut carbs to lose fat, but a lot of how WE decide to ACHIEVE your GOALS depends on the timeline of your specific goals.
When we meet initially we can discuss your goals. The 1st conversation is a FREE 15 MIN CONSULTATION we can have over the phone. And if WE decide to meet we will take it from there. Where we will train Weights, Cardio, and meet we can discuss during our consultation... I am located in the East Bay Area but depending on our arrangement I am willing to commute.

I am 29 years old, and have been a competitive athlete almost my entire life. I have worked at gyms, studied nutrition, graduated from UC Berkeley, and have achieved high performance physiques many times. I have experience in the world of modeling, fitness shows, and will be 100% geared towards making YOU feel better in your BODY.

In order to get REAL RESULTS, as an example lose 20-30 lbs. Or go from 30% body fat to 10-15% body fat.. it is best we trust each other and commit to a PACKAGE DEAL. Usually rates for PERSONAL TRAINING & fitness coaching are $50-$80. If we commit to substantial goals... we should meet 2x a week and dedicate at least 2 months to our FITNESS goal for you. If the 2 months go well and you wish to continue we will take it from there... it will take about 2 months to get any noticeable results so I always suggest at least a 2 month commitment.
1 session $65 - Per Session
1 MONTH commitment 2x a WEEK - Package of 8 = $40 per session
2 MONTH commitment 2x a WEEK - Package of 16 = $35 per session
(additional fee could apply depending on arrangement (travel expenses, or facility charges). Ex. depending on commute, gym location, so on...)
Sessions are 45-60min.
Fitness coaching is about flexibility, customizing, and reaching goals. The free consultation will allow us an opportunity to arrange a plan that works best for you.
