Also available a sewing desk with extension leaf that folds on on hinges, space under the desk for sewing motor, and sewing machine on top (not yet acquired or included)
With a little assemble the two would make a nice homemade SailRite style set up for canvas, sails, upholstery etc...
BTW: The motor by itself would make a nice resistance brake for slowing down your spinning shaft while under sail power especially for hydraulic gearboxes which can burn out your clutch pack....rather than locking it in gear and creating extra drag.
Came off a heavy duty industrial sewing machine
Uses big lever to engage the pulley and belt
Has a low amp 6V 15-20Watt two prong socket in it for powering a small appliance or lamp
Might be useable to Regen off the shaft as a hydro generator?
Has mounting feet brackets underneath to affix down in the bilge
