This bike was never drilled for bottle cages, so I've had to improvise. The hose clamps are easily removed, however.
Comes with stem (100cm Ritchey), seat post (27.2 diameter Miche Supertype), bottom bracket (Shimano square taper), and mid-reach front brake.
I've built this up multiple ways over the years (brakeless fixed gear, chill single speed commuter with wide riser bars, 'gravel' or tracklocross setup given it will accommodate 28mm tires easily). I purchased it used 15 years ago and have ridden into the ground, but it's still got life. I just don't find myself riding it as much as my other bikes and I need to free up some space in the garage.
