Significant scratching all over, but I cleaned this up really well and painted over most of the scratches with clear nail polish to preserve/protect them. Straight frame with no dents. Headset is original and pitted, but works alright when built up. I ran 700x37 on here and there was still space, maybe for 40s?
Note: I drilled out the back hole on the fork crown to the diameter of a recessed nut. This way you can run recessed nut brakes—front brake on rear and rear on front w/ an extra long recessed nut—or, standard nutted brakes.
